The Eastford Board of Education, in collaboration with the administration and the Eastford teachers, has developed a teacher evaluation model that is based on Connecticut’s SEED (System for Educator and Evaluation and Development) model.
The Eastford Board of Education and the Eastford Teachers Association mutually agreed to incorporate the 2021-22 Flexibilities option into their existing Educator Evaluation Plan.
